Like: I'm not the one who's setting up wages (lame); It's not me who decides (lamer); I'm a man therefore I don't really care (lamest and cynical as well)...
This is just commentary. Most people don't talk about how much they earn, and in consequence of such privacy there is much discrimination and inequality.
Also, there are reasons which influence salary because of the fact that many women have babies and take time off and then of course, women with children are less likely to be hired than 1.women without children 2. men without children and 3. men with children.
Apparently, being a father is a positive factor on a CV whereas being a mother is not.
Well I'm not an HR guy, but if I were, I wouldn't favour fathers against mothers. I wouldn't qualify myself as a feminist, but I think that our society is archaic in its way of seeing women. To be honest, I don't know why they should be paid less at same level of competency and same function. I don't know why either HR departments would rather hire a dickhead than a women just because she plans to have children one day. I mean, WTF's wrong with having a "normal" life? I think, that it should rewarded and not a factor of disqualification for an application.
Anyways... I can't change the world. First of all, I'm not rich enough. Second of all I don't want to do business with a bunch of retarded people who still think the same way since the year 1500 BC. It's just a loss of time and energy for absolutely nothing.

I'm just being cynical again. Nothing new here, just the usual factual depiction of reality.
How could I make any comments?
