Another Gorgeous British Sunrise!

This is what I see when I look out the window at approximately 8am. Somewhere there is a sun, but not here. It's the strangest thing. It's as if there is light without the sun which is a curious and thought-inducing phenomenon for someone who grew up in the Sunlight.

Oh and on a side note, we have surpassed the most depressing day of the year. Hope everyone made it out alive.

:)

You should see the weather in Istanbul. About the same, just with tons of snow rain coming down. And crazy drivers.

That happened here about 2.5 weeks ago. The country just shut down except for G-rod. That man, he just kept working like a gherkin.

Also, I must revise. This picture must have been taken at at least 8:30am. Because now it's 8:28am and I see darkness. It's like a blanket of lightness that was ripped away from us and well at night we all shiver to death.

Driving on snow is not difficult: go slow and don't use the brakes. I you follow this rule, there shouldn't be any problems. Apparently, they don't know that, here; or, they cruely lack of training/practice. I would go for the second option, topped up with: anyways, when you see how they drive normally, you understand that everybody crashed everywhere and/or got stuck in random places for no apparent reasons. No further comment, I'm going to start using bad words.

We are apparently in the middle of the most depressing week of the year... That must be true as nothing goes the way it should. Like: you get a brand new electrical hoist installed, it is not even operational yet, still, they managed to break it with a fork lift truck. How about that one? I wonder, sometimes, whether this is worth it or just a lost war I'm trying to fight there. Surounded by stupidity, laziness, ineffectiveness and cowardice; definitely doomed, we are.
